Community Minibus Hire
Shade's 15-Seater minibuses are available for community and charitable use only. Business or commercial use is not covered under our insurance policy.

Driver Requirements
• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
• No penalty points
• No fault accidents within the last 5 years
Hire Charges
• £180 per day (24-hour hire)
• £150 per day for hires of 3 days or more
Security Deposit
• £500 refundable deposit required before collection.
Collection & Return
• Collection and return from E12, London.
• Vehicle collection time and drop off is at 10am to 10am.
• Please note: We are unable to have pick up and drop off during out of hours
Fuel Policy
• Vehicle will be supplied with fuel.
• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
Identification Requirements
• Copy of driving licence
• Proof of address may be required
Important
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected. Any damage, fines, cleaning costs, missing fuel, or other charges incurred during the hire period may be deducted from the security deposit.
